How do communicative equality and access to the media give rise to revolutions? Why does the search for truth become the power of post-truth? The book provides detailed definitions of globalization, communication and culture in their internal relationship. Along with a critical exposition of the views of classical and modern thinkers (M. Heidegger, A. Schutz, J. Habermas, J. Ransier, C. Taylor, J.-L. Nancy, W.
