The monograph is dedicated to the history of logic in the context of academic philosophy of Russia in the XIXth-XXth centuries. It considers different problems of development of teaching philosophy and logic in Russia, the place of logic in academic philosophy, the conceptual points, peculiar to Russian logicians, the fate of logic under conditions of the ideologized science in the USSR, the process of fall of logical philosophy and shift of logical research to the field of mathematics.
