The two-volume edition continues researches shown in the CEMI RAS working papers devoted to the analysis of population structure in the context of its social and economic groups and investigation into its incomes differentiation with the forecast for the nearest future (2005). Using the methods and results obtained from those works, the study undertakes the task of a complex description of social-economic structure of population and its incomes (for persons of equal social and economic level) on the basis of inertial methodology and in limits of autonomous, more up-to-date forecast.
