During the expedition, the researcher visited and described the monuments of the historical provinces of Samtskhi, Javakheti, Sheti, Artaan, Erusheti and Tao, and published the results in Russian in 1909 in the collection “Materials on the Archeology of the Caucasus.” This was the only one of Ekvtime Takaishvili’s three expeditions to Southern Georgia (1902, 1907, 1917), the report of which was not provided to the scientist in Georgia ...
