The book continues the publication of the translation of the historical monument "True Records of the Mongols of the Qing Empire" into Russian, published in the old-written Mongolian language in 2013. It is compiled on the basis of the Mongolian version of one of the most objective monuments of historiography during the reign of the Manchu dynasty in China "True Records of the Rule the Great Qing Dynasty ". The presented edition includes a translation of the "True Records" reflecting the Mongol-Ch'ing relationship from 1696 to 1722 during the reign of the Kangxi Emperor.
