The monograph discusses issues related to the implementation of measures to create a digital environment for the bodies and organizations of the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation.
Particular attention is paid to the conceptual aspects of digital transformation: strategies and programs for building an information society, methodology for building digital infrastructure, project management in government agencies. The questions of the instrumental basis of digital transformation are touched upon: information and communication technologies, means and methods of information protection. The problems of legal regulation of the use of information technologies and systems, electronic document management and information security are considered. Proposals are being formulated aimed at improving the regulatory framework for digital transformation.
A separate section of the monograph is devoted to the analysis of the system of personnel training and additional professional education of employees of the prosecutor's office in the information society.
