The issue introduces readers to a literary-documentary monument dedicated to the marvelous land of the Arkhangelsk Region - Pinega territory. The issue embraces hundreds of life stories that happened to real people, whose lives became parts of Pinega's and Russia's destiny over the period of the whole XXth century. Almost every story is illustrated with photographs (over 500 photos in tote). The author of the book made a considerable part of them, while the rest were provided by the museums of the Arkhangelsk Region.
