The aim of the present study is parody and the parodic with their presence and appearances in a literature considered as non-parody — Bulgarian literature. As non-parodic a priori we can define that literature that does not have not only enough parodic works, but also enough studies on them. But if proving the first requires numerous and specialized training-requiring reservations, then the second is a problem related entirely to bibliographical awareness. It can be said right away - in its more than two hundred years of recent history, Bulgarian literature does not know a single book (in the most literal sense) on parody. In this aspect, it is definitely non-parodic literature.
