In this monographic work of Bolatbek Tolepbergen, winner of the award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, winner of the State "Daryn" youth award, cultural figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, candidate of philosophical sciences, the formation and development of the Kazakh national idea is considered as one of the foundations and prerequisites of the national media in the country.
