The authors examine publications in such issues, as newspapers "Sibir'" (Siberia), "Vostochnoye Obozreniye" (The Eastern Review), journals "Sibirskii Sbornik" (Siberian Collection) and "Sibirskiye Voprosy" (Siberian Questions) as well as interrelations between the local press and censorship.
