This book-album is dedicated to the development of the school of painting in Kazakhstan, and therefore we believe that it will be interesting to the majority of readers. Here are presented the works of the brightest and most talented artists who influenced the development of the school of painting in our country: Nikolai Khludov, Abilkhan Kasteev, Aubakir Ismailov, Oral Tansykbayev, Kanafiya Telzhanov, Moldakhmet Kenbayev, Sabur Mambeev, Zhanatai Shardenov and many other artists. The reader is presented with a detailed presentation of the works of artists of each generation, which tell the story of almost a hundred years of the history of Kazakh painting. A separate chapter of the book is dedicated to artists who came to Kazakhstan in the 20th century as a result of persecution and other tragic events, where this place became a saving shore for them and where they were able to show their talents in Kazakhstan: A. Cherkassky, V. Eifert, L. Brummer, S. Kalmykov and others.
