The monograph continues the publication of materials of the most well-known archaeological sites of Primorye Region — Siniye Skaly settlement. The first monograph published in 2002 included two parts. One of them gave a description of paleogeographical conditions of the site, another part included detailed analysis of materials of the central slope of the settlement. The present book gives materials of the south slope of the site. Exactly in this place the research of the site started. Here the objects
of the Early Iron Age had been revealed, they included pottery workshop, dwellings, utility structures;
also chronological sequence of them has been determined. The book also examines complexes of Olginskaya culture (dwellings) and designates time of their existence. An analysis of medieval materials for
the first time has made it possible to suppose presence of burials of that period in the site.
