This monograph is devoted to the study of the features of stimulating business regimes in the sphere of digital innovation and technologies within the boundaries of territories and entities with high innovative potential. The article analyses the provisions of the current legislation under the conditions of the stimulating legal regime within the boundaries of techno-implementation special economic zones, the special economic zone of the Kaliningrad region, the Innovation Center «Skolkovo», innovative scientific-scientifictechnology centers, as well as technology parks in the field of high technology and innovative clusters. The article reveals advantages and disadvantages of these normative provisions and offers ways of their elimination.
