The publication is timed to the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders. The book continues the first part, released in 2015 with the same name. It contains the stories of the exploits of ordinary soldiers of the Great Patriotic War, connected by fate with the Dzerzhinsk region, those who, with their heroism and courage, brought the day of the long-awaited Victory closer.
The materials were collected by librarians of the region from periodicals, books, collections, as well as from the electronic bank of documents "The feat of the people in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945", the Internet portal of original documents about the Second World War and the Great Patriotic War "Memory of the People", supplemented memories of veterans and their relatives.
