The monograph concerns the socio-economic area of the Murmansk region as well as specifics in its control and development prospects. The Murmansk regional character meets the general Russian and northern particularities revealed through the econometric modeling of public production in Russia and in a group of the Northern regions.
The author considers comprehensively the social infrastructure of the Murmansk region. The issues of socio-economic differentiation of regional towns and districts are of special importance.
