The book is devoted to the study of Slavic funerary monuments of the Upper Pavillia of the Middle Ages. The edition consists of two interconnected blocks. The first and main one is devoted to the publication of materials from the excavations of the mound cemeteries of Milta, Nagavka and Navaselka and the analysis of the burial traditions of the population that left these necropolises. The second block contains three essays dedicated to the study of individual issues of the study of the funeral rite and inventory of the Slavic population of Verkhniy Pavillia.
