The monograph is the second volume of the "Signs of Presence" project dedicated to the study of the sacramentology of the Eastern European evangelical movement. The first volume deals with baptism, this one with the Lord's Supper. The third volume focuses on the phenomenon of the laying on of hands.
In this book the author analyzes the Lord's Supper in the context of Baptist sacramentology. The study of the biblical, historical, theological and practical aspects of this decree allows us to see a complete Eucharistic picture, which shows the Supper not only as a memory and announcement of the death of Christ, thanksgiving and communion, but also, most importantly, allows us to realize the meeting-encounter with the living Jesus, who is really, albeit immaterially, present in this sacrament.
