The book publishes articles by the editor-in-chief of the journal Economic and Social Changes: Facts, Trends, Forecast, scientific adviser of the Vologda Science Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, corresponding member, Doctor of Economics, Professor V. A. Ilyin, who opened all issues of the publication in the period 2015–2018.
