On the basis of international law norms and criminal legislation currently in force such topical issues as protection of minors' rights from sexual harassment and sexual exploitation are highlighted in the work. The authors make an attempt to see whether Russian legislation corresponds to international law requirements concerning guarantees of full protection to a child and on the grounds of that to develop their own system of the corresponding criminal law norms to protect minors from sexual harassment.
