An overwhelming majority of Central European region works on the issue of political systems, which has its objective reasons. It is often the case that individual authors of the same category, i. e. the political systems analyze, when different subject areas are concerned, at least different content priorities. Somewhere in the flood of this complexity, the need for a certain return to the theoretical aspects of analyzes, systematization of complex questions and their expression in a unified system of categories and concepts arises in the context of the "pendulum" movement.
