In the district center of Odarychi everything is as usual: its rules, authorities and customs. However, some of them are much older than people think. And when the police and the ambulance no longer have time to make calls, when the ward is overcrowded with detainees and the hospital is sick, the ancient beings take their toll. A bad light hangs over the abandoned mines, the one who arranges a hellish "check" for honesty bursts into the measured life of the Odarychs (or returns). But is he a man himself? What force moves him and what secrets have disappeared in the history of this, in fact, difficult, settlement?
