Main complexes of the rank of physical-geographical region were taken as objects of study. For each of them, the recreational potential and the main parameters of the recreational potential of the components of the natural environment were determined. Criteria for assessing each of the components of the natural environment have been developed. Based on the variability in the values of the natural components of physical-geographical regions, schematic maps have been compiled.
