In this impressive volume and time span literary work, which the author called "My stories", and some would define it as a kind of "writer's diary", Georgi Borisov presents his unpublished poems, thoughts and observations, philosophical essays and memoir prose, literary portraits and testimonies, scenes and life stories that marked his path for half a century. Among the most curious of the sections in the present volume is the first - both in form and subject matter - which refers to Dalchev's "Fragments" and represents a special contribution with the poet's "attempts" to unravel the essence of poetry and the creative process, the multifaceted masks of the being and the holograms of the word, the endless possibilities and the deceptive poverty of the Bulgarian rhyme. The wealth of thoughts and impressions and the poems thrown under the influence of the momentary excitement, intended only for the personal notebook and undeservedly neglected by the poet as unfinished or insufficiently "good", the scattered images and plots in motion, the spontaneous and metaphorical perception of the world and nature in this book are a gold mine for every art connoisseur and literary researcher - and why not for the inevitable "literary pickpockets" in such cases, as Kiril Hristov calls them in his diaries.
