This monograph is devoted to comprehension of the conception of modern international criminal law, its objects, and principles.
The work gives the concept of international criminal law, formulates its objects, subject and methods, examines its sources as a result it makes a principal conclusion concerning the formation of international criminal law as an independent branch that determines the criminality of an act and the limits of responsibility for its commission, and regulates other criminal-law issues with a view to maintain world law and order. The work determines and analyses the branch principles of international criminal law: individual responsibility, nullum crimen sine lege, nullum poena sine lege, ne bis in idem, inadmissibility of references to offi cial status and order. At that the study of the principles in question is carried out through comprehension of material legal relationship of responsibility in international criminal law.
The problem of responsibility of a state and legal entities in international criminal law, realization of objects of international criminal law by means of its application both in international and in national criminal jurisdiction are paid special attention.
