Co-author Mariela Deliverska works in the field of European affairs and international legal cooperation as a member of the administration of the Bulgarian Justice Ministry. In her earlier capacity as head of the Science Directorate at the Ministry of Education and Science, she coordinated and supervised activities related to Bulgaria's participation in EU decision-making and the country's commitments arising from its EU membership. Co-author Svetoslav Garov is a doctor of social medicine and healthcare administration. He has contributed to dozens of scientific reports, projects, and presentations and has participated in more than 30 national and international scientific conferences and seminars. He is a member of Bulgaria's National Association of Health Policy and Management.
