2014 Mark Konstantinovich Bandman, Ph.D., Professor, would have turned 90 years old. Not counting school years and wartime, his whole life was devoted to economic and geographical science and Siberia. Initially, this book was conceived simply as "Selected Works of M.K. Bandman". But it turned out that it was in a classical form to publish it does not work. Mark Konstantinovich headed and directed the research team created by him for 35 years. Most publications (articles and books) are shared. In addition, and perhaps more important, we found it necessary to reflect further research his colleagues and students, based on the ideas of M.K.
