Yulia and her mother came to Malta to escape the war in Ukraine. The girl quickly became friends with a local boy, Julian, as they both love animals and want to become animal advocates in the future. And if Yulia's parents fully support their daughter, everything is not so simple with the Julian's parents: the father is a fisherman, and the mother is a cook in a fish restaurant, they do not accept the boy's ideas about saving the wild inhabitants of the Mediterranean.
