The monograph is dedicated to the questions of analysis of macromedia institutional role in defining the tendencies and contents of the Russian small-scale business development processes in the national economy of Russia. The author investigates the economic contents of the basic macromedia institutions of the small-scale business and their influence on the processes, occurring in the scope. Special attention is paid to the negative limiting influence of the shadow economy and numerous administrative barriers on the Russian small-scale business. A whole complex of the state institutional policy measures for the small-scale business’s best performing of its positive functions in the Russian national economy, is proved. There is also an investigation of the possibilities and desirable vectors of development of the Russian public business unions as of important institutes of positive, high-quality reforms in the sphere of small-scale business.
