The book is about a Soviet radio announcer Yuri Levitan and is written on the basis of archival documents and memoirs of contemporaries. In 2004 for achievements in radio art Yuri Levitan was awarded with the prize "Radiomania in the category “Radiolegend”. The announcer actually was a major media figure of the pre-television era.
