Fathers and mothers do not write letters to their children with the intention of publishing them in a book. It was the same with the letters to Nanuk: for a long time I never had the idea of putting them together. After all, how many people in a world overwhelmed with information and fun can be interested in a series of letters from an unknown father to an unknown child? The idea of a book edition was finally inspired by a little girl a few years older than Nanuk, who, like him, is one of the children with autism spectrum disorder.
