The third collection of articles on regional ethnography (the first two have already turned into bibliographical rarities) continues to shed light upon the little-known chapters of Kamchatka history. The edition consists of three parts: the first one - the author's articles on the history of the Kamchatka Peninsula, the second - materials of expeditions to Kamchatka and some of their results, and the third part - rare XIXth-century documents on the history of the peninsula that have never been published in Kamchatka.
