The book examines the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to verify the constitutionality of regulatory legal acts. Judicial constitutional normative control is compared with other areas of activity of the constitutional justice body, the work touches upon the problems of differentiating normative control in constitutional and administrative legal proceedings.
