The book dwells on life and activity of the statesman of the epoch of socialism Iu.Tsedenbal (1916-1985) who's been the head of the party and the country for 44 years. When Perestroika began, he was qualified almost a dictator and all his titles, orders and awards were abolished, but some few years ago his name was restored and all the odreds were given back. Iu.Tsedenbal was displaced from his office in 1984 while he was on vacations in Moscow where he has spent his last years and died.
