The monograph reveals the historical and architectural potential of the industrial heritage of the Middle Urals and reveals the features of the placement of historical industrial buildings, structures and complexes on the territory of the region in the form of historically established industrial cultural centers. At the initial stage of the integrated development of regional industrial heritage sites, which are distributed over vast territories remote from major cultural and economic centers of the country, it is proposed to use the architectural and presentation updating of the industrial heritage, understood as a set of measures for the presentation of buildings, structures, architectural and landscape complexes, historical industrial environment or its elements. The approbation of the developed approach is carried out in the process of formulating the general concept of the architectural and presentation actualization of the Revda-Pervouralsk historically formed industrial cultural center.
