The monograph is devoted to the current problem, the history of the formation and development of the relationship between the sedentary people and the nomadic tribes of Central Asia. In the monograph, based on reliable sources, the process of penetration of nomadic tribes into Central Asia is traced. Particular attention is paid to the invasion of the Turkic-Mongol tribes, their violent seizure of areas inhabited by the sedentary population, the long assimilation process and the transition of nomads to a sedentary life, the establishment of peaceful relations and joint efforts for the socio-economic and cultural development of Great Khorasan (Moverannahr and Khorasan), in which the decisive role belongs to the Tajik people.
