The presented monograph states an integrated approach to the study of the problem of the institution of investigative actions in criminal proceedings. The work examines the grounds, procedure and conditions for conducting investigative actions in their genesis and in connection with the law enforcement practice of law enforcement agencies. The main significant trends are noted and even certain promising directions for the development of the institution of investigative actions are identified.
