This is the story of a tumultuous week of three best friends. Sarka celebrates her birthday on Monday, loses her cell phone in the evening, and on Tuesday her life is shaken to the core because of it. On Wednesday, Karolína welcomes home her husband, whom she hasn't lived with for a year, and has to start learning all over again. And during the course of Friday, Helena finally believes she could forget about the divorce and fall in love again. The events of these weekdays throw them into such turmoil that, the night before the weekend, neither has any idea what her life will look like on Sunday. This is a novel about joys that cannot be lived without courage, about the endless struggle for family harmony, and about teenage dreams that require taking risks.
