The unique album introduces for the first time drawings by one of the most prominent artists and cultural workers of Western Siberia, Mikhail Znamensky from the personal files of Nicholas II of Russia. 32 facsimile copies of the watercolour masterpieces are supplied with the first facsimile reproduction of the manuscript "From Tobolsk to Obdorsk" by Tobolsk regional ethnographer and writer Kapiton Golodnikov. The album was nominated "The Best Publication in Regional Ethnography-2008 in the Tyumen Region" at the Book of the Year Competition.
