Archeology in Bulgaria reveals the lost history and sometimes there are inaccuracies about an episcopal center, but in the future science will solve these problems. This work does not claim to be scientifically or canonically scientifically sound. Its aim is to show the former Christian episcopal centers on the territory of modern Bulgaria, how the Church of Christ followed the secular administration during the first centuries of Christianity in the Roman Empire. In particular, it is no less important to give a Christian justification to the question of why and how episcopal centers arise. We can get answers to these questions from the history of the Church. The book offers a synthesized overview of the spread of Christianity in the Bulgarian lands from the first century to the present day. The research would be useful in theological circles for the development of cultural and pilgrimage tourism.
