The book is a comprehensive, complete and detailed study of the hereditary process in the countries of Anglo-American law: probation and inheritance management, as well as the use of trust as a tool serving such management.
The second part deals with the inheritance of intellectual property as an institution organically linked precisely to common law.
The third part examines in detail the theoretical and practical problems of inheritance in the US and UK by foreigners - non-residents, and above all Russian citizens. Special attention is paid to the current problem of obtaining property under the conditions of anti-Russian sanctions.
In addition to legislation, there is extensive case law and doctrine. All institutions are considered in an evolutionary order with an analysis of their origins and development in common law and Justice, and separate in comparison with Russian and Romano-German institutions performing similar functions.
