For the first time, the author considers the formation of an intellectual economy in the context of the post-crisis period. It is convincingly proven that economic growth can be achieved through the combined work of a structural policy that implements independent monetary-financial, industrial and exchange rate control and a wide range of methods of state regulation of the credit and financial environment.
The deep-rooted causes of the current global financial crisis, associated with the replacement of dominant technological paradigms, are revealed. In this regard, it is proven that overcoming the crisis lies in a new long wave of economic growth, the material and technical basis of which is the next technological paradigm. The author connects new stages of economic growth with the multi-vector direction of development of an intellectual economy aimed at using human knowledge and intellectual capabilities. Here it is appropriate to rely on the internal sources and capabilities of the credit and financial system.
