The work by the Russian lawyer and historian of the law Ivan Sobestianskii (1856-1896) is dedicated to the analysis of different theories on human nature, everyday life, customs and traditions of the ancient Slavs. The first part covers the theories on the national characteristics of the ancient Slavs. The author examines ancient scientific works.
