The monograph justifies the principles, peculiarities and vectors of the balanced development of land-property relations and investment activities in cities and towns. The city’s land-property complex is examined as a united system of land resources and material elements of the national wealth. Social and economic effectiveness of the developed land relations is discovered and analyzed.
