The monograph justifies the principles, peculiarities and vectors of the balanced development of land-property relations and investment activities in cities and towns. The city’s land-property complex is examined as a united system of land resources and material elements of the national wealth. Social and economic effectiveness of the developed land relations is discovered and analyzed. The author investigates the problems, which reduce effects of the land-property relations development, as well as the questions of rent distribution in cities and towns, land redemption by the privatized enterprises, management of land relations by means of special state programs, use of public land by means of treasury.
