In this textbook the concepts, general characteristics, procedure of establishing and functioning of the following bodies are examined: Ukrainian Parliament, Rakhunkova Palata (the Accountant Department), the Minister Plenipotentiary of the Ukrainian Parliament on Human Rights, Ukrainian President; the Security and Defense Council; the Cabinet and other bodies of executive authorities; bodies and officials of local governing institutions; institutions of judicial authority; the Office of Public Prosecutor and other law-enforcement institutions.
