The problems of criminal liability for crimes against justice are considered, ways of their solution are proposed. The methodological foundations, historical development, foreign experience of regulation and social conditionality of criminal liability for crimes against justice are studied, a legal analysis is carried out. The problems of qualification of crimes against justice, as well as the problems of differentiation of criminal liability, punishment of crimes against justice, have been worked out. An attempt has been made to substantiate the conceptual foundations of the criminal law protection of public relations in the implementation of legal proceedings and the execution of court decisions, taking into account the nature of public relations protected by criminal law, the time limits of their existence.
