The monograph is devoted to the modern domestic criminal justice and the directions of its reform after the 100th anniversary of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in relation to the conditions of metamodern and moderate conservatism, taking into account traditional spiritual-conservatismmoral values of the Russian people. It addresses the relationship of the law to culture, morality and ideology. The article analyses specific bills aimed at continuation of liberal reforms in Russia, reveals the content of terms «metamodern» and «moderate conservatism». The conclusions contained in the paper are made taking into account the state of modern science and judicial practice, which is currently developing in Russian society realities and hopes of the Russian people. The modern criminal policy of the Russian State has been evaluated and proposals have been formulated to improve the professionalism and level of training of judges. The main trends in the development of criminal justice have been identified and strategic directions for its further improvement in the new era, which is entering modern mankind.
