This criminality of the authorities remains unchanged, and even if at least in these places they no longer expel us, do not behead us and burn us at the stake, do not send us to prisons and destroy our lives with public pogroms, the elementary belittling, in fact contempt, of the authorities remains the same. We are aware: in periods of social aggravation, we LGBT populations are still the first on the list of the unwanted and persecuted. Our real consciousness is constantly ready for a new pogrom.
