The focus of the research presented in the monograph is on the formation of regional identity in Belarus (on the example of the Brest region).
The monograph attempts to take a fresh look at the nature and essence of regional polymodal media texts, in particular, to describe the linguo-media parameters of regional network media hybrids in the form of creation and reproduction. For the first time, a description of significant cultural metefacts of the Brest region in various types of discursive practice (poetic, prosaic and mass media discourses) is presented, as well as a description of their representation by means of signs of different modality.
It is addressed to scientists-linguists, graduate students, undergraduates, students-philologists full-time and part-time education.
