The manuscript German-Lithuanian Dictionary, attributed to Friedrich Pratorius Senior (1624-1695), is a valuable work of Lithuanian lexicography of Lithuania Minor dating to the last quarter of the XVIIth century. The dictionary had an aim to preserve the religious written vocabulary of the period, to enrich it and, in general, to contribute to the development of the Lithuanian written language. Volumes 2 and 3 are available.
