We are glad to present the Buryat-Russian and Russian-Buryat dictionary based on the criterion of words frequency. Aga (the Republic of Buryatia), self-governing national area in southeastern Russia, was created for the local Buryat people in the north of Mongolia in Chita District. The language of the Aga-Buryats belongs to the Mongolian group of Altaic languages. The importance of this dictionary is explained by the law adopting the Buryat language as the state language in the republic.
